TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT

We offer resources to innovative, disruptive and scalable projects in different sectors.

We collaborate in the development of entrepreneurial ecosystem by the resources input to technological area emerging companies or with a strong innovative component, with a product or service, tested and reliable, already validated, metrics that demonstrate their potential at a commercial level, that have growth potential (scalability), international projection and a value generation plan via monetization.

We actively participate in the strategic decision making of the companies in which we invest, involving at the highest level in the areas that concern the company, such as the formulation of the corporate strategy, the definition of policies needed to achieve this, assessment of managers, the monitoring and control of the business, etc; although, normally, we do not assume specific areas of management or interfere in the day to day running of the business, which are areas reserved to the managers.

We invest, selectively, based on the sector or industry in which the company operates, an average of between €25-50k up to a maximum ticket of €100k per operation, with the goal of reaching participations around 5% of the shareholding, preferably in co-investment with other investors of recognized prestige (lead investor) and with the possibility of agreeing a presence on the Directors Board.

Our investments include projects that have been previously funded in one or two rounds of financing and are in the growth phase (not seed, not F&F), with market traction, potential and efficient in capital, which they come from an incubator or accelerator preferably and headed by committed, solid and experienced teams.

Our interest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem is based on disruptive and innovative business models that meet the following criteria:

  • Spanish companies with an international viewpoint or originating in Spain.
  • Innovative, different and solidly argued proposals. Pragmatism and ambition.
  • Large and global market, clearly growing, preferably digitalized.
  • Differentiated and sustainable competitive advantages, either due to their technological level or their capacity for innovation, with a proven business model.
  • High-traffic and profitable acquisition channels.
  • Powerful and committed human teams with a clear leadership position in their activity.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate stable cash and profits to minimize risk.
